San Francisco, CA – February
13, 2013 –
Unity Technologies, provider of the
Unity multi-platform engine and development tools, today announced
that Call for Speakers for Unite 2013, taking place in Vancouver on
August 28-30, has now begun and submissions will be accepted
through April 3, 2013.
Unity’s headline Unite conference attracts developers from
around the globe to learn, network, and party in a creative and
energetic environment full of like-minded developers passionate
about their craft. Along with hands-on workshops and lecture
sessions from Unity’s own developers, the conference also
invites industry professionals to present the best techniques and
practices for using Unity effectively and efficiently. Unity is now
accepting submissions for these sessions.
“Unite is an amazing experience for everyone involved. Not
only does it offer up the chance to learn from our developers here
at Unity, but also from some of the most knowledgeable and
experienced developers using Unity,” said David Helgason, CEO
of Unity Technologies. “This will be the first Unite
following the release of Unity 4 and will be an amazing chance for
speakers to share their own experiences and provide practical
knowledge on how to get the best results from Unity’s latest
and greatest improvements.”
Those interested in becoming a speaker at Unite can now submit
their presentation proposals for review. Submissions will be
evaluated based on their relevancy and teaching potential with
consideration given to new and exciting development techniques and
methods. Speakers will receive a free pass to the show and
excellent exposure for themselves and their companies.
Speaker submissions for Unite 2013 will be open through April 3,
2013. Those interested in becoming a speaker can begin the
submission process by visiting
