London, 17th January 2013: Sony Computer
Entertainment Europe has today revealed the list of finalists for
PlayStation’s next intern – the chance of a lifetime
for anyone looking to gain experience in the gaming industry. The
month-long position, hosted by Swedish Studio Tarsier, will be
awarded to the finalist who has created the best minigame using the
recently released PlayStation
®Vita title, LittleBigPlanet
™PlayStation
®Vita.
The overall winner will be flown to Sweden where they’ll
spend one month working within the different departments of Tarsier
and polishing their title from amateur excellence to an awesome
piece of published content for the LBP community to enjoy!
Sackboy’s first PS Vita adventure hit shelves on September
19
th and would-be interns had one month to get to grips
with the all-new minigame feature and submit their efforts for
consideration by October 10
th.
To test and review each entry PlayStation assembled a crack team
of portable gaming aficionados from across Europe. These
PlayStation Judges have put each minigame through its paces before
selecting the best of the best from each country. The final
decision will now be handed over to the team at Tarsier – the
studio behind LittleBigPlanet
™PlayStation
®Vita – to choose the overall winner.
Submissions will be judged on gameplay, originality, and commercial
appeal.
PlayStation has collaborated with Moleskine to create custom
edition LittleBigPlanet notebooks. The top finalists from each
participating country will each receive one of these.
Elliott Linger, Product Manager for LittleBigPlanet PlayStation
Vita said: “We’ve had a great response to the
internship opportunity and it’s been really fun seeing what
LittleBigPlanet
™PlayStation
®Vita players have come up with for their minigames.
We’re really excited to see who Tarsier selects as the

Moleskine Company Profile
The Moleskine® notebook is the heir and successor to the
legendary notebooks used by avant-garde artists and thinkers over
the past two centuries. A simple black rectangle that held the
sketches, notes, stories and ideas that would one day become famous
paintings or the pages of beloved books. Today Moleskine is a brand
that encompasses a family of nomadic objects dedicated to our
mobile identity; flexible and brilliantly simple tools for use in
both everyday and extraordinary circumstances, ultimately becoming
an integral part of our personality. Notebooks, diaries, journals,
bags, writing instruments and reading accessories. Discreet
travelling companions, satisfying our desire to express ourselves
both on paper and beyond the page.
Moleskine believes in the infinite potential for continuity and
connection between the analog world and the digital one. Our
research tells us that Moleskine enthusiasts are naturally inclined
towards the digital realm and feel completely comfortable using
both analog and digital devices, or even merging them together to
create new hybrids.
