17/12/12: Knytt Underground, the latest release in the Knytt series, is coming to console via the Playstation Network from the 18 ^th December 2012 in the US and 21 ^st December 2012 in Europe.

Exploration feels like a grand adventure that fills you with a desire to see more of the beautiful and strange world in this new release created by renowned indie developer Nicklas Nygren, a.k.a ‘Nifflas’.

Go underground this December and explore over 1,800 rooms offering multiple story-driven quests to overcome using the unique tried and tested mechanics that have already reached over 1 million fans worldwide.

With an unparalleled sense of freedom of movement; running; jumping; climbing; swinging; & bouncing; all blending smoothly to create zen-like gameplay.

Knytt Underground will be available for £9.99 in the UK, €12.99 in the EU and $14.99 in the US, with European PlayStation Plus members being able to get the game for free for a limited time after launch.

Players will be able to take advantage of the cross buy deal, getting the PlayStation® Vita version free when buying the game for PlayStation®3, and vice versa. Knytt Underground is one of the first 3 ^rd party games to support this initiative.

Knytt Underground will be available to download on PlayStation®3 and PlayStation®Vita via the PlayStation®Network on the 18 ^th December 2012 in the US and 21 ^st December 2012 in Europe.
