dSonic has composers who specialize in different styles, from full orchestral scores to aggressive rock tracks, hip hop, electronica and more. Their approach to sound design is to create truly unique, original sound effects using leading edge technologies such as Kyma. They have a comprehensive knowledge of the technology used to create game engines and can therefore effectively communicate with their clients’ programming teams during the audio implementation process.

dSonic’s other distinctive skill is their ability to create adaptive music. Using existing audio engines such as ISACT, or helping their clients design adaptive music tools in house, dSonic’s composers can then take these tools and compose complicated, non-linear music that gives game players the sense that the music is reacting to their actions.
