For Immediate Release

Bellevue, WA (February 17, 2014) – Windborne, the highly anticipated creation game, is available starting today on Steam. Hidden Path Entertainment is the developer and publisher of this whimsical gem. Windborne first appeared to the public at last fall’s PAX Prime is Seattle, WA. It was met with high praise which only continued through its alpha testing period this past winter. The game can now be purchased here

Gamers can expect a host of new features since alpha- they can begin their friendship with native Jin, go on quests, and explore an infinite number of islands with their friends. There are hidden treasures and artifacts, recipe unlocks for crafting, and stunning landscapes waiting to be discovered.

Hidden Path’s Michael Austin, Project Lead, had this to say about getting Windborne to early access, “I love the idea of Early Access - we can gamble on a new idea with a small team, and still have a chance to make a world that can grow and evolve into something epic. I am more excited about Windborne than any game I’ve worked on in the last 15 years.”

Hidden Path is offering a celebratory early access launch discount price of $24.99. This gets you the Early Access build, the final release game, and all content upgrades up to release.  Windborne is available on Steam for PC here
