[This unedited press release is made available courtesy of Gamasutra and its partnership with notable game PR-related resource GamesPress.]

It’s a New Year and a new start at IndieBundle.org! We are now out of Open Beta, and to celebrate, special deals, hot offers and great games are waiting for you!

New York – January 26 2013 –IndieBundle.org is proud to announce that we are now officially out of beta!  We’ve improved our website and to start off the New Year we are immediately introducing the first of a growing list of new features, with more rolling out in the coming months:

  • New bundles!
  • Optional add-on extras!
  • Special offers for repeat customers!
  • Tie-ins to charitable causes!
  • And even more Indie to come, including Steam games!

All of this without changing the unique approach that makes IndieBundle.org different from all those other gaming websites.  We focus on three things for BOTH developers and players: value, consistency and convenience. We offer a variety of bundles, organized and distilled so that each game in a bundle is unique in style while similar in genre.

Each bundle will now be available for only 6 weeks, with a new bundle introduced every two weeks. Our first new bundle – The Mothership Bundle – includes our first Steam game, and has been on preview since mid-January, with our new system officially launching and the 6-week countdown beginning on February 1 st

At IndieBundle.org, we pride ourselves on how we work with game developers. They aren't giving away their hard work for pennies in return! Over 75% of the net sale goes directly to the developers of Desura games and even more for Steam developers. And that’s why developers keep giving us their latest and greatest games, as well as the new add-ons we’ll be offering, like Chiptunes and wallpapers. There are no gimmicks and no “fluff” games. You simply get a great deal on three games you will actually play -- $5 for a 3-game Standard Bundle, and $7 for the 3-game Bundle Plus, which includes enhancements.

Awesome games and awesome support for indies... visit IndieBundle.org today and see for yourself!

Writers and Reviewers, if you would like a free review bundle and/or a promotional bundle (to give away to your crazy awesome readers), please contact Alison at the following email: Alison@indiebundle.org . Please include your name and review website.
