  Champions of Regnum Invasion System Revealed

This week we're revealing additional details about the Invasion system in the upcoming Champions of Regnum expansion. Under the new system, you can join an enemy attack or be forced to defend your realm at a moment's notice, so be prepared!  

Relics & Dragons

Each fort and castle will contain a unique relic; if the full set of relics are stolen, the Realm is vulnerable to attack. When a particular Realm collects all of the enemy's relics, they can summon one of the three legendary ancient dragons--Alasthor, Vesper and Tenax--who will haunt the enemy's borders to aid in capturing the Realm Gate and thus initiating an Invasion.  

The dragons not only add a cool new visual element, but make invasions much more balanced, dynamic and fun. Now every battle within a fortification becomes an important step toward invoking a dragon to complete an enemy Realm Invasion. We've also completely redesigned the rules to make Invasions more frequent.
