[This unedited press release is made available courtesy of Gamasutra and its partnership with notable game PR-related resource GamesPress.]

'Summon heroes and get rewards' event release in Einherjar - The Viking's Blood by AppiritsTokyo, Japan - 5 December 2012 - Heroes are always an indispensable part of a mighty Viking army in the world of the turn-based web game Einherjar - The Viking's Blood developed by Appirits. Players can only recruit heroes by summoning at the square or completing certain quests. Understanding these difficulties, a summon event has just been activated by Appirits to help players obtain heroes and other rewards at the same time, from 5 to 12 December 2012 (SGT or GMT+8).

During the event's period, if players can summon a hero and train him or her to level 20, they will be rewarded 1 Vahalla God Proof + 1 Elf Jadeite + 1 Mithril Ring for each qualified hero after the event's end date. And the list of accepted heroes for this event is as follows: Elise, Daysie, Phaye, Egil, Miriel, Feaglin, Gallahad, Priscilla, Vali, Jin, Veronica, Elmyr, Leia.

Besides, in order to bring players more chances of recruiting those elite warriors, the summon rate will be raised by 30%! And in case they have run out of space for their warriors, there is no need to worry because the Power cost for using the Cold Sleep function will be reduced by 50% during this event.

Cold Sleep is a Power-consumed function used to put an active unit into ice coffin to have place for other new units.

Appirits suggests that if players put time to train those heroes, they will certainly have much advantage in the upcoming PvP tournament which has been announced recently on the game's official site at  http://www.ein-herjar.com/website/newsdetail.php?nid=247.
