Oulu, Finland - 16.11.2012 -- Fingersoft announced today that
their first game, Hill Climb Racing has gone straight to the top on
the iPhone in just one week.
At the time of writing it is the most popular free game in the
United States and in several other countries. Hill Climb Racing is
in the top 10 chart of free games in nearly every country of the
western hemisphere.
“This is an incredible success story, but we are not
ending it here. We are currently working around the clock to create
additional free content for our fans to keep the game
entertaining”, said Toni Fingerroos, founder of
Fingersoft.
Hill Climb Racing already became a phenomenal success on the
Android platform before the iOS release, topping the gaming charts
in many countries.
“We are extremely excited about our success on iOS. The
success on Android didn’t guarantee the same on the iPhone
since the competition there seems fiercer”, Fingerroos
thinks.
Hill Climb Racing is a fun and extremely addicting physics based
racing game, where player helps Newton Bill reach the hills around
the world and beyond with his truck. The player controls one of the
three available vehicles on the bumpy tracks by operating gas and
brake pedals to make score records and collect coins for car
upgrades. The game has received over 160 000 user reviews giving it
a rating of 4,6 stars out of 5.
