SANTA ANA - November 14th, 2012 -
Cadenza Interactive, makers of
Sol Survivor and
Retrovirus, today announce that Retrovirus has
entered beta and will be available for sale on new platforms as of
tomorrow, November 15th, 2012.
Retrovirus will be available on
www.cadenzainteractive.com, and Desura, in
addition to its current storefront, Gamestop downloads. Retrovirus
will be on Steam’s Greenlight community on the same day
(November 15th), featuring a brand new trailer with gameplay
footage and an introduction to the world of Retrovirus. It is
important to note that any Retrovirus purchase on a non-Steam
store, including the Cadenza Interactive website, will receive a
Steam key if the Greenlight campaign is successful.
Additionally, Cadenza would like to announce that Sol Survivor,
it’s previous release, will be Steam’s Daily Deal
tomorrow, November 15th. Sol Survivor will be available at a 75%
discount, down to $2.50.
With Retrovirus, Cadenza Interactive has sought to create this
generation’s definitive six-axis (
6DOF) shooter. It features
elements from classic 90’s and 2000’s shooters, like
Unreal Tournament, Quake and of course, Descent. Players will enjoy
a five hour campaign, as well as competitive and co-operative
multiplayer modes in a world designed for movement with six degrees
of freedom.
