Nothing says "Canadian videogame" to me more than Far Cry 3. A good chunk of that game was made in Sweden, Shanghai, & North Carolina too. Plus all the strong cultural values it communicates. Maybe the EU is right in saying videogames don't convey cultural values?

Well it didn't win for "most cultured" did it? It won awards for art assests, game design and Vaas, as well as best overall *game*.

Think of all the strong cultural values Scarface communicated!

Not everything is a pamphlet. You dont need to communicate cultural values to be *of* cultural value.
