Newsbrief: Two former Disney Online Studios executives have formed a new game studio, with a focus on creating children's games for digital platforms.

Lance Priebe, previously co-founder of Disney's virtual world Club Penguin, and Pascale Audette, formerly studio head for Disney Online Studios, have founded Hyper Hippo Productions with their first title Mech Mice coming later this year.

The studio's games will be based around compelling storytelling that rewards good actions and values, and real world ideals that encourage socially responsible behavior.

More information about the new studio can be found on its official website.
