Metrowerks' Codewarrior Ported to Red Hat Linux

Thanks to Metrowerks, Red Hat Linux has its first widely-used, commercially available C++ integrated development environment (IDE). Metrowerks' Codewarrior, which consists of an integrated toolset including a code editor, browser, project management facilities, compilers, debuggers and other development tools, has been ported to Linux. Red Hat and Metrowerks will release two separate products.

Codewarrior for Red Hat Linux, GNU Edition ($99.00), targets native Linux applications development using the Codewarrior IDE and the GNU compiler and debugger technology, while Codewarrior for Red Hat Linux, Professional Edition, will support Linux development using integrated compilers and debuggers from Metrowerks for $449. More information can be found at http://www.metrowerks.com.
