My name is Sébastien Kuntz (aka ‘Cb’). I’m currently living in Paris, France.

My goal is to provide the most immersive VR experiences to everyone, which means creating tools and applications and using the best hardware for the task, from high-end to low-cost. I truly believe VR can change the world.

I’ve been writing video games since I was 10. I fell in love with virtual reality when I was 16. I have been working on VR apps and tools professionally for 12 years, and I’ve been writing basic VR games prototypes since then. More about me here.

I am now the founder of a company called i'm in VR. Our main product is MiddleVR, a VR plugin, already integrated in Unity. We are also working on VR games and applications and we provide consulting services.

You can find me on twitter: @Cb_VRGeek

Most new HMDs do not provide a compelling VR experience because they focus on technical specs. Oculus, following Apple's example, succeeds as a true VR company because they control all the pieces of hardware and know what a good user experience is.

Virtual reality is all about feeling present in a virtual world. It is quite easy to provide a good VR experience while simply navigating. But adding other interactions can break presence if it is not done correctly. I will notably focus on “The Gallery”.
