I wish there were level-ups/perks that could be permanently be bought, but I suppose the system they created keeps everyone on a pretty level playing field. Perks only last as long as you are alive, via Burn Cards, and Insignia seem just as useless as Tags or Camo colors in ...

That 's a different issue altogether. I was in Gamestop the other day and a mother picked up GTA V for their like 12 or 13 year old. Employee didn 't mention anything about the Mature rating or content. Should I have said something Probably, but did not.
